I provide a truly unique massage experience that encompasses body, Mind, and spirit.  

It is an honor and a privilege to share my work with you, and I am passionate about providing an exceptional experience to each individual I serve. I am professional, licensed, and insured, providing each client I serve with a customized massage session. I am kind, caring, skillful, and effective. My massage is deeply relaxing while I work to decrease pain, increase range of motion, increase ease of movement, and help facilitate injury recovery. 

We will talk before you get on the table so I can understand how to serve you best. This will include a few moments of me having you use your imagination as I guide your breathing. This process gets Mind involved in what we are doing during the massage.  

Once on the table, the massage will begin with gentle CranioSacral therapy that flows into Myofascial Release, Swedish, and deep tissue work with ROM (range of motion: movement and stretching at neck, shoulder, and hip joints). I apply these techniques in conjunction with Cupping (Static and Dynamic), Active Release, vibration, and other therapeutic techniques as appropriate.  Active Release is a technique where I first identify the specific muscle or group involved.  I then have you move in a particular way (usually an eccentric contraction) while I massage the affected muscle or group. I have found this technique to be very effective with many clients. 

Ideally, I like to spend at least 2 hours with a client. I have found that this amount of time is necessary to treat a client’s body most effectively and thoroughly and address their concerns. I call this a complete session.  While 2 hours is ideal, a 3 hours comprehensive session might be better for you if you have multiple issues.  Again, while 2 hours is perfect, I can offer shorter sessions, 1.5 hours and 1 hour. One hour would be best suited to targeted treatment of specific issues.

Oceanside Massage Experience 

Your experience begins with driving down the magical Government Beaches Road in Pahoa, aka The Jungle Road.  This single-lane road goes through a magnificent old-growth rainforest. You will take a short hike from the road through the jungle on a pine needle-covered trail, then go over some rough lava, followed by a young ironwood forest. From the forest, you will emerge onto a relatively flat lavascape overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean. The waves are crashing just 8 feet down from the edge of the lava.  Your massage table is set up and waiting for you. It is a unique, secluded location, ideal for an Oceanside Massage Experience. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience in a pristine area of nature.

2-hours $350 / 3-hours $450

2nd massage, when provided sequentially  $200/$300

All of the above times mentioned refer to the actual time you are on the table after my intake process. There is no extra charge for deep tissue work.  

I use only pure organic jojoba oil, pure organic extra virgin coconut oil, or unscented vegan lotion. I offer each client their choice of aromatherapy, adding essential oil to the massage oil at no additional cost. 

I treat clients who have had accidents and have approved claims from Worker's Compensation, No-Fault Auto, and the V/A.           

Accident Rehabilitation: $160 / hour
